The company cooperates successfully with Bulgarian and foreign investors and partners. In the large scale projects we participate through establishment of consortiums or associations.

The company strategy consists of the development of new structures with international partners in order to answer the requirements of the dynamic market.

First steps in that direction are the Bulgarian-Austrian companies Wienne-Sud Bulgaria Ltd. and Alpine-Stroyinvest Ltd. (both registered in 2007) merging the expertise of all parties in the high building, energy efficiency and different infrastructural projects.
